How to protect a file in jira.

I have a Image file which i use to keep in image folder under atlassian-jira but the thing is that any body can access it through the URL directly without authentication. How we can provide the security to this. I have tried keep in the secure location such as secure\admin as well in attachment but the problem is the file is being acceded by normal user and admin.
