How to provide  access to jira settings or Atlassian admin

Hi Shravya,

To give administrator permissions, go to Settings > User Management

Then search for the user. 

Click on the user's name

Add them to the Administrators group. That will make them a Jira Administrator.

You can provide Jira admin right under admin > user management > users. Find the user you are looking for click View details click add to group and find the desire admin group.
