I got credentials for my outlook, bitbucket, jira and teams at my company and now I’m wondering how it technically works that credentials are the same at all these apps? How the company provide such possibility that I should not create accounts by myself?

Hello @Zain ul Abaideen ,
We call it as SSO. (Single Sign on) . You use same password for all your applications.
For Outlook and Teams it is generated form your organization LDAP or Active directory or any other.
We have a separate application to enable SSO for Atlassian Cloud products. -> "Atlassian Access".
You Jira cloud & Bitbucket cloud administrator configured this on organization level. you get more details on the below link
https://www.atlassian.com/software/access
Thanks,
Anvesh
