How to "import" Tempo worklogs into JIRA if we stop using Tempo?

Jorge Cota April 6, 2019

Hi,

Keeping it simple, I wish there's a way to stop using Tempo Timesheets, but keeping all the worklogs info in JIRA. This should contain at least, the basic issue info, but most importantly the time spent and the author of the worklog.

Why do we want to stop using Tempo?: The reason is because we are using Ceptah Bridge to integrate MS Project with JIRA in orden to calculate project costs, but Tempo, doesn't share the author information through the JIRA API that Ceptah uses, so is useless to us at this moment because we can't calculate each user cost by the time spent * cost by hour, since every worklog comes with the username "Tempo Timesheets".

So, I want to know if there's any way JIRA support could help me retrieve all the info of the Tempo Worklogs and integrate it with the worklogs from JIRA. Since Tempo support told me that I wouldn't be able to reutilice all of the worklogs that are stored with them.
