How to re-create a report (pic attached) : Avg resolution time/Total Resolution Time/Issues Resolved
I created a dashboard a few months ago, and took a screenshot of part of the report (see below). Now I'm trying to find it, and can't. Nor can I re-create it......HELP!!

Hi Cameron - I think you need to look for the "Resolution Time Report"
That is the report that matches the Data Table you posted, is this what you are looking for?
