I set up all my test cases in Excel first to be able to easily share with other stakeholders. Then I used the bulk upload feature in Zephyr Scale to upload my csv. But now I've made changes in Excel and want to upload changes to my existing test cases instead of creating brand new test cases. The upload from CSV doesn't allow a mapping of the Key field so there is no way to match my existing test cases in Zephyr with the corresponding updates in the csv file.

Is there a way to do this?

The import feature in ZS only allows the creation of test cases, but you might be able to use the API to update test cases.  Links below should help:

SmartBear user community for Zephyr Scale: ZS Community

SmartBear support team: SmartBear Support

API for Cloud: Zephyr Scale for Jira Cloud API

API for Server: Zephyr Scale Server API (v1)
