and got this result below. . . but does anyone know how to ready this so it to determine whether these numbers tell me anything?

There are two ways to read it. Either compare it against what you see on the page or create a "best" environment and compare them against each other.
But what would constitute the best environment? There is also probably a typing error "10ms". I guess everything would fall under 10 ms.
