How to refresh the page Automatically whenever i update the value of attribute from the forge app

I Have developed a forge app through which i can update the values in the custom field, whenever i update the value i should refresh the page manually to get the value updated, I wanted to make that refresh done automatically within the forge app using ui kit how can i achieve this
