How to remove Gerrit review field in the view issue screen

Without adding Gerrit review field some of the reviews are added. Those reviews are not related to us. How to remove the gerrit review field from view screen. Attached snap for reference

First thing: I am not using that addon app.

I recommend working with your site admin to contact the vendor of that app for support: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1210874/gerrit-code-review-for-jira?tab=support&hosting=server
