How to remove a checklist item?

I can easily remove checklist items that were added by myself at the issue level, but I cannot find a way to remove one of the default items. Can U help?

Sorry for the late reply. I didn't get notified about the new post.

You can remove the global items from the Custom Field Configuration page. Once there, select options and you will be able to remove it from there.
