How to remove deleted sites

I have a site that we're no longer using in the cloud.  The Jira Instance has been removed, but the site still shows up on my admin.atlassian.com page.  Also, it says that Jira Administration for that site is available.  Does anyone know how to remove them?

@Brant Schroeder I'm trying to understand what you mean.  Are you saying that if you put in a request to delete a server, it gets deleted in two weeks, and then two weeks later the administrator stuff gets removed?
