How to remove previous conversation from email's body while creating the Jira issue via Mailhanlder?

I would like to remove the previous content of the email and create the issue with only recent response while creating the Jira issue thru email, I am able to achieve it thru Add a comment before a specified marker or separator in the email body by adding regexbut this option doesn't create a new Jira issue. 

There is no option to add regex when i select Create a new issue or add a comment to an existing issue and checking Strip Quotes button is not helping much.
