The "admin" account is linked with my e-mail address. So I can't create another account with the proper username.

You won't be able to change your username. You'll need to ask another administrator of the instance to do it for you, or create a request on support.atlassian.com.

Hi Philippe,
You can change your user information by selecting your user in the User Management and clicking on Edit. There you can change your personal email, full name and username however you like.
Once you've done it, I think you'll be able to create the new user with the correct credentials.

Edit notes: you won't be able to change you own username as Paula mentioned, so you can create another administrator account just for that purpose and delete it afterwards.
