I have a few filters in Jira. Is it possible to render the results in a ConfiForms chart macro? I would also need to calculate values (e.g. percentage of stories in Done status in a Epic) and render the results. Or group Stories by Epic Name and render total number of Stories per Epic.
If yes can someone post a link(s) to any tutorials for this?
I'm able to create a Jira issue from ConfiForms. So I assume that I don't need to do any additional set up to query Jira to get the results in ConfiForms.
Thanks
Hi
ConfiForms app does not have a chart macro, so it's a bit unclear how ConfiForms is involved in here.
ConfiForms is not a viewer for Jira - you have lots of other macros and plugins (builtin and on the marketplace) that attempt to help there
So, in overall I believe this sounds like use case that is not for ConfiForms app.

Hi Alex,
To expand on this query, it does not have to be in a chart. Can this be done in a table view?
I have a few Epics with linked Stories. I'd like to render a table with data from Jira to show one Epic per row. On the corresponding row one column each of status: To Do, In Progress and Done showing the number and percentage of the stories in each of those statuses.
Would that be possible with Table View or Table View Merger? If yes, could you point me to some tutorials for that?
I'm guessing if I can get the data to be rendered that way I can then place it in the confluence chart macro?

Hi @Adrian M ,
If we are talking about visualizing/calculating data coming from the Jira Issues macro in Confluence, you may use our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Chart from Table, Pivot Table and Table Transformer macros.
Here are several examples of possible visualizations.
The add-on is also compatible with the ConfiForms app, so you'll be able to combine the two plugins to achieve even more. You may check here for an example.
