How to render date&time filelds in notification email

I want to know if there is a way to display exactly the date and time in the email that sends users instead jira for example information type "2 days ago"
I have tried in the knowledge base but could not find answers

I think it's determined in the same way as the display - for the first week, it shows you a human friendly (but imprecise) date string.  See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Disable+Relative+Dates+in+JIRA for turning it off
