How to reopen issues in kanban project to make it visible in backlog?

vyshi May 25, 2018
  1. Create kanban project.
  2. Enable backlog
  3. Add Issue1
  4. Add new status in flow (MyStatus)
  5. Add new transition ToMyStatus (Done->MyStatus)
  6. Add post function which sets Resolution to None (Clear resolution)
  7. Move Issue1 to "selected to work" by using ToMyStatus
  8. Move Issue1 to Done (resolution now Done, Issue1 now isn't visible in kanban backlog)
  9. Move Issue1 to MyStatus (resolution now Unresolved, Issue1 still isn't visible in kanban backlog)

It appears in backlog when I have moved Issue1 to standard Selected For Development status.

I want to see my Issue1 in backlog when I have moved it to particular status (MyStatus in example before)

What should I do? Is there a special post function?

Thanx!

Have a look at your status mapping - Board Settings > Column. Ensure that MyStatus is mapped to backlog.

It's mapped and I see Issue1 on board. The problem is that I can't see it in backlog.
