Scenario: New parent feature (Issue number EX-1) being added to a software release. Work on the parent feature is divided among 10 child stories (Issue numbers EX-2 through EX-11), all of which are linked to the parent as blockers. So, if you look at the linked issues section of the parent feature, is shows the 10 child stories as "blocked by".
Reviewing a single feature to see the status of the 10 child stories is pretty simple, But, when I have 100+ features in a release, opening up each feature to see progress on all of the child features is just too time consuming.
What would be ideal is the ability to list all features in a release (like in the issue search grid), but have a progress indicator. I'm envisioning something like the Releases view, where each release has a progress bar with count of issues in ToDo, InProgress and Done. But, for the Feature Progress, the progress bar would represent the count of blocking children in each status.
Does anyone know if a way to do this in Jira cloud, or an add-on with this type of reporting?
