How to resolve XSRF Protection Token Missing?

Hello community, I am currently doing some migrations in Jira Cloud with a csv file but when importing I get this error. does anyone know how to solve it

It says to check the documentation in Atlassian Confluences but the page is blocked, I hope you can help me, thanks!
