How to restore a custom column that I accidentally removed from the view?

I created a view and saved it with few columns in it. While editing it later, I removed a custom column with formula but now when I tried to add it back, I am not seeing that column in the options to add. How do I get it back?

@Clicker, 

Did your saved filter get updated to the new search experience? If so, not all fields are available yet and you'd need to switch to the old view to add your column back in. You can revert by trying to add a custom field to your columns. When you can't find it, there should be a link to switch back to the old view.
