How to restrict access for users in workflow

I have try using condition in workflow its working fine but if i am using two conditions in that workflow no tab are visible

So, add conditions of, "group = admin" to all workflow transitions, then add an OR with "group = R* D users" on transitions into open, closed and reopen.

Have a look at the conditions - you may have joined them together with either OR or AND.  My usual trick is to use AND when I mean OR (e.g. "user is in group 1 OR in group 2" - not "users has to be in both groups")

i need to restrict like 

For  Example

Admin should able to see all workflow status

R* D users should able to see open,closed,reopen workflow status

One simple way would be restrict all statuses to admins and restrict open,close and reopen to both admins and r*d users.

• One more suggestion..use any of the following condition when adding conditions to open,close and reopen for the mentioned request.
• If you use any other conditions that need to be And...make a group condition for user is in project role or user is in any group(assuming admin as project admin and R*D as a jira user group)
