How to restrict changing the status of the ticket if particular field is not filled in Jira form? For example, a user cannot move the ticket to another status if he did not fill this (shown picture below) field.

There are more fields which are similar to this (shown below) inside the form, each person will fill his own field.

The form is attached to the ticket once the ticket is created.

But this one is Jira fields, in my case it's fields inside the form.
