How to restrict maximum time planning per day up to 8 hours using Tempo Timesheets?

Hi all,

We're facing an issue that sometimes PM can plan more than 8 hours/day for developers. Is there any way to limit this?

it is possible to plan an employee more than the workload per day. However all overload is displayed/underlined in red and is indicated in the capacity report.

Tell the PM to be realistic when planning. 

You can define the maximum amount of hours to be registerered in timesheets, but as far as I know this only limits logging hours, not planning them.

Personally I like being able to overplan sometimes. The planning view does show the amount of hours that remain available on the day, so I consider this PM responsibility.
