Hi all
I would like to know if is possible to revert an rule applied in the project. If yes, how can I make it?
Thank you
What exactly does your rule do?
I was making a test and all issues within subtasks created that were in "done" status were changed for "To Do"
It was not what I was expecting.
Do you know if is possible to revert it?

You cannot roll back changes made by an automation rule. You can however check the changelog on your tickets to try to correct them manually.

Or else via another automation rule which takes a jql as a parameter and which you go through the tickets one by one to put them back in the correct status

Can I create a rule based on parameters? I mean, the log related to the previously resolved date can be the new date again?
Is there any way so that the resolved date can be the previously resolved date again?

the problem is only related to the resolved date, because it can affect some metrics, for example. You know?

Something like that maybe
project = XXX AND status CHANGED FROM "Done" TO "To Do" AFTER "2024-10-29 21:50" BEFORE "2024-10-29 21:52"

It is not possible to put the old value back on the resolution date https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-7302

But I think you can get around it by modifying the tickets via a csv import provided you map your fields correctly
