How to roll up initiative when all the linked epics are done

Hello Team,

Our issue type hierarchy is defined like below, this defined in cloud using advanced roadmap.

initiative--> Epic--> Story

story is linked to epic using 'Epic Link' and epic is linked to initiative using 'Parent Link'

I want to update the epic status to done once all the linked stories are done and when all epics are done then linked parent initiative should moved to done.

How do we achieve this is cloud?

Does automation rules support this in cloud?

Hi Pratibha,

Yes, you can use this in Cloud. I would go ahead and change your rule to use the Parent field in both cases instead of using Epic Link and Parent Link.

Here is an example that works for me. Just change out the condition as needed.
