How to save state per user and company seperately

How to save state per user?

I have created an connect add-on in JIRA. I want to persist the state of that element in add-on. For eg: a checkbox with a value. When I revisit the page, the change should be updated only to me(only specific user).

How to save state per company?

As similar if I need to show the change to a company(with a group of members), how can I process.
