So, I am creating an unsupervised script which will deploy the Jira server onto a centos machine.

I have it all looked after except for certificate automation, which is necessary due to our requisites for regular certificate updates.

I will be delivering this via cron, so I just need a script which will install the cert and/or update it, so I require the location of a file containing certificate information (p/w hash, location, etc), which can be used for regular updates in an automated way, or an Atlassian script to do the same.
