How to scroll each column on board independently from the others?

You'll need to find or write some code to do that - it pretty much needs to replace all the layout code for the boards (and remove swimlanes)

I'd assemble a team of developers and set aside a large chunk of time and money to build an add-on that provides the totally new interface.
