I have a custom field for client's e-mail. Write there like "name@example.com"
When I search "example" jira writes than "nothing is found" and this answer is really bad, maybe awful - I can create the same issue for the same client and so on. Also I cannot track if the problems of the client solved or not.
Please help how to solve? I read once that there is a button to "rearrange search".

you need to search with the complete email address e.g name@example.com.
