How to search for issues assigned to a plan-only team

Vladimir Cech July 29, 2022

Hello,

I'm looking for a way how to filter issues based on plan-only team (set in Advanced Roadmaps) to see to which team the issue is assigned. I went though https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/search-for-advanced-roadmaps-custom-fields-in-jql/ and other pages but still not able to get it work.

Any time I search for a "Team" it allows me to search only through the shared teams. not for the plan-only teams,

Is there any setting in administration or is there any other hack to allow search for plan-only teams?

Thank you for any response/guidance

Hi @Vladimir Cech,

Not sure if this can help, can you check if your team is a private one or shared? There might be a possibility that your plan-only team might be private and hence not showing in search.

Thanks!

Hello @Bharathi

The team is Plan-Only. It means not shared cross projects. And this is what I'm asking. How to search in Plan-Only teams, There is no other possibility to set the team Private. Only these two possibilities 0 Plan-Only and Shared.
