Good afternoon:

I am using QMetry 4.12.0 in JIRA Cloud and in the Test Cases tab under All Test Cases on the search box, I am trying to run a query to find multiple test cases by ID

Key in (UMR-TC-6477,UMR-TC-6476)

This is the from the Key column where I can see all the test cases. If I search just the Key UMR-TC-6477 I get back that one test case.

Currently this query is not working, is there any other query or syntax I need to use?

Hi @Bryan Saenz , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.

I checked the product documentation for Qmetry and it seems they don't support searching by multiple test case IDs https://qmetrysupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/QTM4J/pages/1000898741/Search+Test+Cases

Usually for a question like this, I would recommend to open a ticket to the vendor to ask, which you can do here -https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215144/qmetry-test-management-for-jira-qtm4j

I hope this helps you.

Cheers

Thank you so much! I did reach out to the vendor and they mentioned it is a feature coming in the pipeline so at least there is hope! Thanks again!
