How to search linked Assets from Kanban

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
In my project, I have a custom field for Assets which my users will link to the issues they created.
I want them users to also search these Assets from the Kanban board itself. Unlike JSM, only Agents can see these Assets and what linked issues they have.
This is example of the issue with linked Assets.
And this screenshot shows if I am searching the Asset but nothing came.
Any other ways to allow this? I'm open to any solutions available.
