How to search which projects and roles does employee have access to?

Dear community members, 

You'd be able to help me out with this advise, in order to grant same accesses to a user as another user has, I need to find by user name or mail, which Projects and roles to add to their peer.

How should I proceed?

@[deleted] you can simply go to the User Management > search for a users > click on 3 dot under Action action > View project roles.
