How to secure a custom field so that no one can change the value.

• Hello All,

We have a requirement that we have 3 custom field 1. BRD link 2.FSlink & 3.SElink. These fields will populate on edit issue screen.

only user1  can define the value in BRDLink and except him no one can change it. Same way only FS link can be define by user2 and except him no one can change it.

Is there any way we can fulfil this requirements ??

Also if any other way is there to fulfil this requirements please let me know. I will fallow that approach.
