How to see changes made to specific Project in Jira

Charlotte Allcroft January 8, 2024

I have read through many of the Q&A's on this forum and cannot find the answer I'm looking for.

I need to find out who made a change to the Customer section of a specific Jira project. The user edited the 'Organization name' within the Customer area of the project itself. The change they made then had a knock on effect on the automation rule set up for this specific customer, which we have now manually rectified, but need to educate the user on this type of amending. I have tried the System -> Audit Logs (as I am a global admin), but this doesn't tell me this information.

Is this something that is currently available? Thank you in advance!

Hi Charlotte,

You might try the Audit Log to see if it is there, but not sure if that is getting captured or not.

Settings > System > Audit Log

Hi, thank you for your response, I've checked that already and unfortunately no luck

Had a feeling it wouldn't be there. Aside from that, I don't think there is any way to know.
