How to see jira logs for issue created/failed?

which package names logging levels should be changed in the log4j.properties file in order to see the logs for issue created/failed

Hi @anil musunuru ,

To know the information of issues created and failed and other details, you don't require any packages to enable. Navigate to the <jira_home>/logs/atalssian.jira.log file to know the log details.

I dont see any logs when issue is created/failed in the mentioned log files.
