How to see the number of current active users?

Where can I find the number of active users to manage the license management. (Jira Cloud)
This was always under (Site settings >> Product access)

if by active you mean currently licensed (paying for)...

Jira Settings > Billing > Bill Estimate

you need to be an admin of course.
