How to see the plain language version of a filter created by JQL Search extensions?

A consultant helped us roll out Advanced Roadmaps and he created a filter for us as one of our key issue sources. Lately we are having performance issues with the plans using this filter so we want to make sure that the filter is optimized (as recommended by the Atlassian documentation).

The consultant created the filter using JQL Search extensions and no one in-house uses this and we do not have this enabled/added on. One of our lead engineers created a new filter for us but it is not pulling in as many issues as the filter our consultant created.

Is there a way to see the logic/plain English behind this JQL Search extension filter? (I am by no means a filter expert by the way and I am not even a Jira admin or project manager - I am in product ops here.)
