How to select assignee when creating a new Jira issue in VSCode
Hello,
I'm using the official Atlassian extension for VSCode where I tried to create a new Issue.
I selected and filled out all the other fields but when selecting the assignee (which is a required field and has no default value to assign it to myself as usual) I'm not able to select anyone. But therefore I can't create an issue as this field is required.
I tried to search for my username as well as for my displayed name (and also for the names of others) but no match is shown. I can't select anyone. The selection list is empty all the time.
It seems like there is a fetching error while loading the user names from the project. But the actual error messages just says: issue no longer exists (which makes no sense as it is obvious that the issue can't exists if I'm currently just trying to create it?)
How can I solve this?
