How to send attachments from outlook to JIRA?

I am trying to send attachments from outlook to JIRA to create issue. However, the attachments are shown as winmail.dat file. I have also tried various option like

1. setting mail send format to plain text.

2. Configure Rich text format never on Office 365 server.

3. Raised issue in JIRA ticket. They couldn't help us so far.

I badly need help in this. Thanks.

You will need to configure your email client and/or server to send the emails to Jira with proper mime attachments, not convert them to windows mail .dat files.
