How to send message to slack if due date <= Now to specific assignee, without make a lot of rules on automation
is it possible just make 1 rule for specific assignee? FYI I have 25 Developer
Hi @Achmad Rifki ,
Would something like this work for you?
First it only fires the automation if the SLA has been breached (this can be configured as you see fit).
Then it checks if the assignee is currently empty (You can remove this condition if you want entirely).
If it matches the condition it will assign the issue to a specific assignee of your choice, it is customizable.
And then sends a slack message. You can specify the channel or user in that also.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Ash
problem is All my issue assignee is not empty,
I can't find a way so that I don't make rules one by one developer

You can remove that condition altogether if you want and it will still do what you want.
Can you elaborate more on what you're trying to do? 25 custom messages to 25 developers? I'm not sure I follow.
KR,
Ash
