How to send the e-mail to the designated person

Hi,

I hope to send the notification e-mail to the some persons except the reporters or excutors when task/issue is created or updated, so I create a customized field which can add person, but it seems not able to send the notification e-mails automatically, how can I do next?

I know this function, but it seems only can be applied in the "company managed" projects, there are only 6 types of personnel can be selected in the notification page of team managed projects, no user custom field value.

Setting these users as watchers via automation is a viable alternative.
