How to set Due Date of a cloned issue based on the Custom Field value of the Source Issue?

Hello,
I'm cloning an issue using the clone and link issue post function once the source issue hits the done state.
There's a custom field: Release date which is set manually.

I need the cloned issue to have the release date as due date.
