Hi @Achmad Rifki ,

my suggestion is to put in place that requirment through Behaviour app (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1228522/behaviours-scriptrunner-for-jira-cloud?tab=overview&hosting=cloud) if you need that for edit screen.

If your dudate is in a transition screen you can put in place that check through a validator.
