How to set Single value user picker in Automation using smart values

Hello Experts- i am trying to build an automation rule that when an issue status changes from A->B then a custom field (user picker) is populated with the user that triggered the Rule.

having trouble creating the action. Please advise.

Hello @Rao Tripuraneni 

{{initiator.accountID}} holds the user who triggered the rule.. so you can assign it to that field.

Your trigger is "Issue Transitioned" and choose your from and to values in the dropdown.
