How to set a sub-task read only for everyone except for assignee?

I want to make the sub-task editable to assignee only while the rest can view. Is it possible with scriptrunner?

I have 6 sub-tasks, and each sub-task will be assigned to different person, for example, if sub-task 1 will be assigned to user 1, user 1 will be the only one who can edit sub-task 1 and the rest will view only, and the same goes to the rest of the sub-tasks.

Is it possible?

You can consider to use workflow properties (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-workflow-properties/) and allow editing only for assignee on statuses.
