How to set automation to add a label when something becomes 2 years old.

I want to add a label that the item is now 2 years old using automation, Is it possible.

Have you looked into creating automation with the updated field? On the next screen you should be able to add a label.

You can have it scheduled or any field updated/or a new comment. Trigger can be based on your use case.
