We have a field called reporter, that defaults to the username of whoever opens a ticket.
I have another custom field called "Specialist." In order to have it auto-appear on the CRF it needs a default value. I would like this to match whatever is in the "Reporter" field until someone claims the ticket.
How do I make another fields value a default value in this case?

I would create an automation rule that sets the "Specialist" field upon creation of the issue.
