How to set the field security level when it is wrong (unvisible for me as administrator)

a user has modify the security level of an issue (wrong manipulation) and now this issue is no more visible. As administrator of JIRA, I can't see the issue and I can't modify this field. Do you know if it is possible for me to make this correction ? what is the procedure to see for me this issue again?

Thank you for reaching out.

To properly edit the security level of an issue as a Jira administrator, you must do the following steps:

  1. Navigate to your project > Project settings > Permissions > Add your user with the Set Issue Security permission
  2. Navigate to the hidden issue and click on the lock at the top-right corner to change the issue security:

  3. If the steps above didn't work, navigate to the project > Project Settings > issue Security > Add your user to the issue security scheme and add your user to the security level applied to the issue. Then, execute step two again.
