How to set up a call follow-up in a ticket

Hi community,

 

  1. I'm looking for the possibility in JIRA to set up a "Call Weather".

I mean that, each time the ticket corresponds to a call from a user, I would like the team to be able to fill in - either with buttons - or a drop-down menu (in the ticket concerned) that gives a "call weather" (base: Green/Neutral/Red that translates the 3 possibilities that are :

o Satisfied

o Unsatisfied

o Neither satisfied nor unsatisfied

 

->  if "Unsatisfied" is selected, a mandatory comment must be filled-in to explain why the user is unsatisfied (to get factual facts to work on for improvement)

 

  1. When point 1 is implemented, I am looking for a gadget to put in a dashboard to follow the indicators.

 

 

Would you have an idea for me please for each point ?

How would you do it?
