How to set up application links

I'm using the free plan, how do I set up application links? I can't find the relevant setting described in these pages:

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The links you found are for Data Center, the one for Cloud can be found here. To create the link just click on the cog wheel > Products and from here you can create the Application links.
